Jasmine Hermanek

Counselor, LMHP

As a therapist I enjoy working with a variety of groups. I do individual, family and couples therapy, but particularly enjoy working with teens and young women. I enjoy empowering youth while they transition through their developmental tasks and into adulthood. I enjoy working with individuals interested in overcoming obstacles and developing their true potential. I utilize a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches to meet the needs of my clients. With unconditional support, we can examine ourselves and learn to move forward to meet our personal goals. Areas of speciality include but are not limited to: adolescence, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, youth dealing with divorce, acculturation issues, relationship issues and other life changes that may be impacting the individual or family.
